Appointment Policy

(No Shows/Late Arrivals/Cancellations)

We strictly require at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation for all services. Please keep in mind that “no shows” and “last minute cancellations” leave our service providers with empty appointment times. In accordance with this policy, If you CANCEL WITH LESS THAN 24hr NOTICE, you will be charged half of the service cost you are booked for. IF YOU NO SHOW without giving notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost you are booked for. This fee must be paid PRIOR to booking a new appointment. If you are more than 15 min late for your appointment, you forfeit your appointment resulting in a no show fee of half the service cost you are booked for.


Guest Satisfaction

At Honeycomb we are committed to complete guest satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact our front desk team within 48 hours of your service. The front desk will notify management and the service provider that performed the initial service. If it is determined that an adjustment appointment is needed, the appointment will be scheduled with the SAME SERVICE PROVIDER who performed the original service. Absolutely no refunds for services rendered.


Children at the Salon

Honeycomb strives to be a place where our guests can totally relax. For this reason and for the safety of your child, we ask that any child not receiving a service remain seated preferably in the waiting area. We cannot assure the safety of children in our professional environment as there are many sharp and hot tools being used on the salon floor. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.


Product Returns

No refunds or exchanges on products unless they are damaged or unopened.
